Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming referrals with accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain follow-up documentation and secure missing records.
• Schedule appointments aligning client needs with provider availability.
• Coordinate with external vendors to confirm scheduling workflows.
• Track referral statuses and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support process improvements within the intake team.
