Job summary

AMERICARE CERTIFIED SPECIAL SERVICES INC is seeking an Intake Assistant in New York City. The Intake Assistant will provide superior customer service, verify patient information in our database, and coordinate upcoming nurse home visits with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Two years recent work experience, preferably in customer service or home care.
• Must have open availability to complete in-office training in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to clients while addressing questions and concerns.
• Verify patients' contact information in the database.
• Call patients and/or family members to set up nurse home visits.
