Job summary

The Bridge is seeking an Intake Project Manager in New York, NY to oversee the residential intake process for supportive housing programs. You will ensure timely and accurate placement of applicants in accordance with agency standards and regulations.

You will supervise intake staff, coordinate interviews (virtual or in-person), and guide program leadership on intake policies, contributing to a seamless transition for residents as they enter housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with homelessness, psychiatric disorders, or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential intake process to determine applicant eligibility for programs.
• Coordinate admissions from referral through placement.
• Train leadership on intake policies and procedures.
• Supervise intake staff and maintain applicant records.
• Coordinate and conduct applicant interviews, virtually or in person.
• Communicate with referring agencies regarding referrals and admissions.
• Ensure completion of initial admission paperwork and documentation.
