The Bridge is seeking an Intake Project Manager in New York, NY to oversee the residential intake process for supportive housing programs. You will ensure timely and accurate placement of applicants in accordance with agency standards and regulations.
You will supervise intake staff, coordinate interviews (virtual or in-person), and guide program leadership on intake policies, contributing to a seamless transition for residents as they enter housing.

The Intake Project Manager oversees the residential intake process for supportive housing programs, ensuring timely, accurate, and equitable placement of applicants in accordance with agency standards and Federal, State, and City regulations. This role manages the review and assessment of housing applications, conducts comprehensive applicant interviews, determines program eligibility and appropriate housing placement based on individual needs and program criteria, and coordinates admissions from referral through placement. The Intake Project Manager provides guidance and training to program leadership on intake policies and procedures, supervises intake staff, maintains the integrity of applicant records and tracking systems, collaborates with referring agencies and external partners, and facilitates applicant visits and admission documentation to support a seamless transition into housing.
