Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process new client referrals and intake applications for the Home Help Program.
• Guide clients/caregivers through eligibility verification and required documentation.
• Liaise with MDHHS caseworkers and coordinate paperwork submission.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records.
• Communicate program requirements clearly to clients and families.
