Job summary

Elite Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an Intake Manager to lead the intake department from referral through admission for homecare services in the New York area. The role ensures fast, accurate processing and smooth handoffs to Coordination, Enrollment, and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in home care intake in a supervisory role, with strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HHAeXchange. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home care intake or enrollment, with supervisory or management duties.
• Strong knowledge of NYS home care processes, including MLTC, CHHA, Medicaid and Medicare intake.
• Experience with HHAeXchange required; ePaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intake team; set daily priorities, workflow, and coverage.
• Oversee referral-to-admission process and ensure timely, accurate handling.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and LHCSA requirements.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Marketing, and Coordination units; resolve bottlenecks.
• Track intake performance and deliver regular leadership reports.
