Job summary

Rubicon Programs is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Concord, CA to coordinate eligibility assessment, enrollment and referrals across the CCWC network. You will determine eligibility for WIOA and special grants, and support enrollments across AJCC and CCWC Access Points.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Concord, with a temporary assignment through June 2027. You will work closely with the Site Manager and program staff to ensure timely, compliant service delivery to

• Experience in employment services or workforce development preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and group facilitation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eligibility assessment, enrollment and referrals across CCWC network.
• Promote Rubicon programs and conduct information sessions for participants and partners.
• Assist participants with documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure privacy of sensitive information.
