CCAP is seeking an Intake Specialist to complete intake and assessments for individuals and families in need, via in-person or phone interviews. You will gather documentation, enter data, and determine eligibility for basic programs while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, bilingual Spanish is preferred, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Immunizations and/or vaccinations required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete intake and assessments with individuals and families in need.
• Gather documentation, data entry, filing, and respond to inquiries.
• Determine eligibility for basic needs programs such as energy assistance and housing.
