Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training in a related field is required.
• Accurately input and maintain client information in PEIRS and Salesforce.
• Verify eligibility and required documentation.
• Provide clients with information about services, resources, and next steps.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff for smooth handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document client information and complete intake forms.
• Assess clients’ needs and direct them to designated staff.
• Enter information into Salesforce as required by policy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Follow up with clients to complete intake or gather missing information.
• Adhere to BCFS safety protocols at all times.
