Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of professional experience or a Master's with 1 year, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of professional experience in social services programs, corrections, education, business administration, or related fields.
• Master's degree with 1 year of professional experience in social services programs, corrections, education, business administration, or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff in Intake, Referral, and Reception areas.
• Ensures accuracy and security of PII handling and records processing.
• Oversees daily scanning and processing of program documents; ensures timely mail handling.
• Trains new staff and interns; enforces policy and procedures; coordinates with management.
