Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree and three years of professional experience in social services programs or related fields.
• A Master's Degree and one year of professional experience in social services programs or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative functioning of the Intake area, supervising clerical staff handling phones, customers and related programs.
• Ensure staff maintains professional customer service and protects personal identifying information (PII).
• Supervise intake, referral and receptionist staff; assign daily work and advise on procedural changes.
• Ensure daily scanning, training, quality checks and correct processing of documents and mail.
• Coordinate new staff training and cross-training; supervise interns and volunteers as needed.
