Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school degree or GED.
• Healthcare/medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer operations and software like Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Must be able to use EMR and other clinical databases.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in accessing services in person, online, or by phone.
• Verifies insurance eligibility per policies and procedures.
• Completes registration in person, online, or by phone.
