Job summary

LIFECARE ALLIANCE is seeking an Intake Specialist to support the intake, screening, and enrollment process for home-delivered meals and nutrition programs. You will engage with clients compassionately, determine eligibility, and document information in our systems.

The role requires clear communication, strong customer service, and ability to operate in a collaborative, compliance-focused environment. This on-site position supports program access for eligible individuals in the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with a diverse public, including older adults and handicapped individuals.
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.

• Ability to answer multi-line telephone system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needs and program eligibility.
