Responsibilities

• Obtain benefit information and initial authorization prior to care.
• Schedule clinical staff and track orders and documentation.
• Verify insurance details and patient liability in the EMR system.
• Communicate with physicians and referral sources as needed.
• Assist billing with related duties and patient placement.
