Job summary

Jobtailor in New York, NY is seeking a client-facing sales associate to be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for services. You will manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily and guide families through the intake process.

You will follow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consents, track progress in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience while meeting performance goals for responsiveness and conversion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.

Requirements
