Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Intake Success Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking services. You will convert high-volume inquiries into qualified program enrollments and communicate the value of our ABA services with clarity.

In a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, you will gather information, qualify potential clients, and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience closing leads.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of PHI.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Negative TB test results.
• Valid government ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and inquiries, converting prospective families into qualified program enrollment.
• Communicate with prospective clients through clear, timely communications.
• Respond promptly to referral sources and inbound leads, driving engagement and conversion timelines.
• Build trust and rapport while guiding families to guide decision-making in choosing their service provider.
• Efficiently gather key information and qualify potential clients.
• Communicate the value of Behavior Frontiers' services with clarity and confidence.
• Create and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with a high degree of data integrity.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience for every family.
• Collaborate with teams including Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive sustained lead generation.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and performance targets.

Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour + Bonus

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience closing leads
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of PHI
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
• Negative TB test results
• Valid government ID

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish or another language
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Knowledge of ABA therapy or healthcare intake
