Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage referrals, intake data, and coordination across clinicians, admin staff, and funding sources. The role requires handling high-volume intake with accuracy, supporting scheduling, and ensuring EMR documentation is complete.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree (or two years of college), 3–5 years in ABA intake, and fluent Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university (or two years of college coursework).
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience required.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Experience with CentralReach and CRM systems.
• Proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and Internet software.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals daily in a timely manner across the organization.
• Provide comprehensive intake data to Regional Director/Clinician/Admin teams on the same day intake is completed.
• Serve as a resource to staff in intake and triage; support scheduling and documentation.
• Enter authorization information into EMR; assign CPT and ICD-9 codes; follow up with funding sources.
• Identify billing/documentation issues for clinicians and managers; report promptly.
• Answer inquiries from clinicians, clients, and funding sources regarding authorizations and services.
• Maintain referral tracking systems and monitor intake progress; escalate urgent cases to leadership.
