Golden Steps ABA is seeking a passionate professional to manage intake and engage with families regarding our ABA services. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and educating clients on our offerings while collaborating with our clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

• Respond to new inquiries and manage the intake pipeline.

A day in the life

• Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline
• Schedule and confirm initial assessments
• Educate families on ABA services and company offerings
• Close new cases and drive service starts
• Track performance metrics and conversion rates
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Other tasks as assigned.
