Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking an Intake Success Coordinator in El Segundo, CA. The role centers on handling high-volume inbound calls from families, converting inquiries into qualified enrollments, and guiding parents through the intake process in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Clinical, Sales, Recruitment and Scheduling teams, while maintaining strong partnerships with diagnosticians and healthcare providers to sustain lead generation and drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience closing leads.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of PHI.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Negative TB test results.
• Valid government ID.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and inquiries, converting prospective families into qualified enrollments.
• Communicate with prospective clients through clear, timely updates.
• Respond promptly to referral sources and inbound leads to drive engagement and timelines.
• Build trust and guide families in decision-making for service providers.
• Gather key information and qualify potential clients efficiently.
• Articulate the value of Behavior Frontiers’ services with clarity and confidence.
• Create and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with data integrity.
• Deliver excellent customer experience for every family.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Sales, Recruitment and Scheduling teams.
• Maintain relationships with diagnosticians, pediatricians, and healthcare providers to sustain lead generation.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and performance targets.

How will you help create a World Without Limits:

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and inquiries, converting prospective families into qualified program enrollment
• Communicate with prospective clients through clear, timely communications
• Respond promptly to referral sources and inbound leads, driving engagement and conversion timelines
• Build trust and rapport while guiding families to guide decision-making in choosing their service provider
• Efficiently gather key information and qualify potential clients
• Communicate the value of Behavior Frontiers’ services with clarity and confidence
• Create and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with a high degree of data integrity
• Deliver an excellent customer experience for every family
• Collaborate with teams including Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners (diagnosticians, pediatricians, and healthcare providers) to drive sustained lead generation
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and performance targets

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience closing leads
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of PHI
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
• Negative TB test results
• Valid government ID

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish or another language
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Knowledge of ABA therapy or healthcare intake.
