You will be responsible for managing patient intake processes, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care program.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake processes efficiently and accurately.
• Verify insurance information and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide exceptional patient service throughout the intake process.
• Maintain accurate records within EMR systems.
• Assist in developing care plans based on patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding intake procedures.

Qualifications
