Experience with Home Health or Hospice and insurance verification is preferred, along with EMR proficiency. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Process Home Health and Hospice referrals.

Location: Spring, TX / The Woodlands, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
