Livingston Manor Inc is seeking a Bilingual Intake Coordinator (English/Spanish) for a full-time role in Spring, TX / The Woodlands, TX. This position coordinates referrals, admissions, and SOC visits while ensuring HIPAA compliance and superior customer service.

Experience with Home Health or Hospice and insurance verification is preferred, along with EMR proficiency. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Process Home Health and Hospice referrals.

Bilingual Intake Coordinator (Spanish/English) – Home Health & Hospice (Full-Time)

Location: Spring, TX / The Woodlands, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Process Home Health and Hospice referrals.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate patient admissions and Start of Care (SOC) visits.
• Obtain physician orders and required documentation.
• Enter patient information into the EMR system accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
