Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey seeks an organized Intake Coordinator to join our team in a hospital setting. You will work with hospice patients and families, discuss services, and act as a liaison between facilities, marketing, social workers, and nurses.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include processing referrals, verifying insurance, tracking census, and assisting admissions with placement and communication.

The Intake Coordinator will report to the Director of Admissions and will relay all information as needed.
