• Liaise with client/family of potential admissions to address questions and concerns.
• Coordinate facility tours with clients and families who are potential admissions.
• Interface with remote admissions team and on-site clinical team for necessary approvals and plans.
• Assist arrival process, including assessment and bed placement, and orient client to the facility.
