Job summary

• Call center/front desk experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience working with low-income populations preferred.
• One year in social work or social services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Screen in-kind and financial assistance requests; assess urgency.
• Provide program information, referrals, and schedule appointments.
• Identify resources and next steps to address needs.
• Maintain records and data for reporting and audits.
• Support crisis mediation and case coordination as needed.
