The Salvation Army Albuquerque Adult Rehabilitation Program is seeking a part-time Intake Coordinator under the Program Manager to reach into the community and help sustain ARP occupancy. The role emphasizes a supportive, learning-friendly environment for beneficiaries.

Responsibilities include processing new beneficiaries, issuing ID cards, and maintaining referral networks. A High School diploma is required; BITS and MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and a valid Driver's License are

• Ability to use BITS software program.
• Computer literate in MS Office software.
• Maintains professional demeanor with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop intake operations in line with ARP standards.
• Process intake of new beneficiaries and issue ID cards.
• Maintain contact with referral sources to sustain referrals (90% capacity).
• Assist Resident Manager with clothing requisitions and canteen cards.
• Lead beneficiary orientations as needed; arrange mentor meetings with chaplain.
• Attend required meetings and prepare statistical reports.
