Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Program Aide to support the Adult Rehabilitation Program. You will screen applicants, explain program rules, and prepare beneficiary files while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with community resources.

Qualifications

• BA in a Social Service field preferred.
• Two years of related experience.
• Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants for program eligibility at center or partners.
• Explain program rules, obtain signatures, and initiate files.
• Direct beneficiaries to appropriate community resources.
• Maintain outreach via ARC vehicle for four hours weekly.
• Attend inter-agency meetings and prepare reports as needed.
• Protect confidentiality of all beneficiary records per policy.
