Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake operations and referral processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission.
• Verify and input SOC packets into HCHB system and manage documents.
• Coordinate care transitions and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Oversee insurance verification and authorization processes to maximize reimbursement.
• Support daily clinical workflow and participate in quality initiatives.
