The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating payer portals, insurance benefits, and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience with payer portals, co-pays and authorizations is preferred.
• Experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration and admissions for five MA regions.
• Answer incoming calls and gather referral information.
• Verify insurance coverage and authorizations.
• Schedule clients’ appointments and maintain smooth workflow.
