Point32Health in the United States is seeking an Intake and Outreach Coordinator to respond to provider queries, enter authorization data, and maintain documentation to support member care and customer service. The role involves processing referrals, coordinating with care teams, and ensuring accurate data entry across inpatient and outpatient requests.

You will participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Competenze

• Associates’ degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy across multiple applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Mansioni

• Receive incoming authorization requests from providers via fax, portal, and telephone to create events for UM teams.
• Contact provider offices for additional clinical details and document communications.
• Research member eligibility and enter event data into the system.
• Maintain logs, notes, and documentation; coordinate referrals and admissions.
