Job summary

Point32Health is seeking an Intake/Outreach Coordinator to respond to provider inquiries and enter authorization data to support member care. You will maintain accurate documentation, coordinate referrals, and assist the utilization component of medical management.

You will liaise with providers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years in a business setting, and strong verbal/written communication, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree or equivalent is required (minimum).
• Two plus years of experience in a business environment are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in data entry and using multiple applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to provider queries and enter authorization data into the system.
• Maintain documentation and files to support care of members.
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations for the utilization component of medical management.
• Communicate with providers and internal departments to resolve issues.
