Job summary

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to pivot from a full litigation docket to client consultations and relationship building in Temecula, CA. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes strategy, client counseling, and guiding prospects to the right litigation team.

The ideal candidate has experience in family law or litigation, strong judgment and communication, and is comfortable discussing fees and engagement terms. Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• Experience in family law or litigation preferred.
• Ability to discuss fees and guide clients through engagement process.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Quickly understand the legal issues, goals, and complexity of each matter.
• Use litigation experience to identify case needs and appropriate next steps.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Explain the firm’s approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process.
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction.
