Qualifications

• California-licensed attorney with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain firm services clearly.
• Comfort discussing fees and engaging prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video or in person.
• Assess client needs and determine fit for the firm and engagement.
• Build rapport and guide clients toward the appropriate litigation team.
• Explain services, retainer requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate consultations with litigators when appropriate.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to the team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience consistent with the firm’s reputation.
