Antonyan Miranda, LLP, a premier family law firm in Southern California, seeks a California-licensed attorney to join our new-client team as Family Law Intake Attorney – Client Consultation & Business Development in Temecula. You will meet prospective clients, assess needs, explain services, and guide them to the right attorney, ensuring a smooth engagement.

This full-time, in-person role offers a base salary plus a substantial performance-based bonus program tied to successful new-client

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished and confident presence
• Strong judgment and ability to quickly understand complex situations
• Highly responsive, organized and accountable
• Comfortable discussing fees and asking prospective clients to make a decision
• Motivated by goals and performance

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video and in person
• Listen to concerns, assess needs, determine fit for client and firm
• Build rapport and confidence with prospective clients during difficult periods
• Explain the firm's services, attorneys, retainer requirements and next steps
• Match clients with appropriate attorney based on case complexity, objectives, personality and budget
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators when appropriate
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through the engagement process
• Oversee initial onboarding and seamless transition to litigation team
• Deliver the five-star client experience Antonyan Miranda is known for
