Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• Prior family law or litigation experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal judgment and issue-spotting ability
• Professional and polished presence
• Highly responsive, organized, and accountable
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person
• Quickly understand the legal issues, personalities, goals, and complexity of each matter
• Use your litigation experience to identify case needs and appropriate next steps
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients
• Explain the firm’s approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget
• Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction
