Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable discussing fees and closing engagements
• Preferred: family law exposure and client intake experience

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person
• Assess client needs and determine fit for the firm
• Build rapport and trust during difficult life moments
• Explain the firm's services, attorneys, retainer requirements, and next steps
• Match clients with appropriate attorney based on case needs, objectives, and budget
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators when appropriate
• Guide qualified clients through the engagement process
• Oversee onboarding and transition to the litigation team
• Deliver excellent five-star client experience
