The role emphasizes client consultations, case assessment, and relationship building over ongoing discovery and trial preparation.

You will assess matters, connect clients with the right litigation team, and ensure a smooth handoff, delivering superior client experiences in a sophisticated environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• Prior family law or litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong legal judgment and issue-spotting ability.
• Professional and polished presence.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Understand the issues, goals, and complexity of each matter.
• Use litigation experience to identify case needs and next steps.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Explain the firm’s approach, attorneys, retainers, and engagement process.
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction.
