Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking an Intake Attorney in California to manage client consultations and match clients with the right litigators. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategy assessment, and a consultative sales approach rather than traditional billable-hour pressure.

The ideal candidate has family law or civil litigation experience, excellent communication, and comfort with discussing fees.

Qualifications

• Prior family law or litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to discuss fees and move prospective clients forward.
• Polished, confident, persuasive, and personable.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Understand legal issues, personalities, goals, and complexity of each matter.
• Match clients with the right litigator based on complexity, strategy, personality, and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with firm litigators when appropriate.
• Follow up with qualified prospective clients and guide them through retention.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to the litigation team.
• Deliver a five-star client experience from the first interaction.
