This is an in-person, full-time position with substantial performance bonuses. The role emphasizes relationship-building, clear communication, and a client-centered five-star experience, with a base salary

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident presence.
• Strong judgment and ability to understand complex situations.
• Comfortable discussing fees and guiding clients to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective family law clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Listen to concerns, assess needs, and determine fit for client and firm.
• Build rapport and confidence during difficult life moments.
• Explain services, attorneys, retainer requirements, and next steps.
• Match clients with appropriate attorney based on case and budget.
• Coordinate strategic consultations with litigators.
• Follow up with qualified clients and guide engagement process.
• Oversee initial onboarding and transition to litigation team.
• Deliver the five-star client experience Antonyan Miranda is known for.
