Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking life-changing ABA services. This remote role, based in the USA, requires clear communication, a calm phone presence, and a passion for helping families begin their journey with us.

You will handle 75–100 calls daily, explain programs, collect insurance and consents, and track progress in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for services
• Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
• Explain our programs clearly and guide families through the intake process
• Follow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consents
• Track progress in Salesforce and other systems
• Meet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience

Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
