Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy. This remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage a high-volume intake process.

You will guide families through enrollment, coordinate with insurance and documents, and track progress in Salesforce. Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred and can boost impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Driven by results, goals, and bonus opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for services.
• Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Explain programs clearly and guide families through the intake process.
• Follow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consents.
• Track progress in Salesforce and other systems.
• Meet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Location: Remote - Must reside in the USA
Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.-- 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.--7:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
