Suvida Healthcare is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist (Greeter) in Dallas to warmly welcome patients, verify benefits, collect co-pays, and route inquiries to the center team. You’ll answer calls, assist with referrals, and help maintain accurate EMR records for a compassionate senior care program.

The role requires 1+ year healthcare experience, 2+ years customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish. High school diploma required; bachelor’s in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years progressive work experience in the healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual-English/Spanish required.
• Experience managing referrals and authorizations preferred.
• Experience in value-based care operations preferred.
• Experience documenting electronic medical records.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic and ensure they are attended to.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays as needed.
• Manage phone lines, messages, and outbound calls.
• Assist with scheduling transportation and appointments.
• Update patient information in the EMR and assist with referrals and authorizations.
• Attend clinic huddles and meetings.
