You will greet patients, verify benefits, assist with scheduling transportation, and manage referrals. The role requires healthcare exposure, bilingual communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year progressive work experience in healthcare.
• 2+ years of customer service.
• Experience managing referrals and authorizations preferred.
• Experience in value-based care operations preferred.
• Experience documenting electronic medical records.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the highest level of customer service.
• Greets and welcomes patients to the clinic.
• Assists patients with seating and transportation arrangements.
• Verifies insurance benefits are active.
• Handles incoming/outgoing calls and schedules appointments.
• Updates patient information in EMR and processes referrals.
