Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail with professional, timely assistance.
• Ability to perform detailed work accurately and interpret policies.
• Experience processing insurance certificates, verification notices and orders of suspension with accurate records.
• Experience researching and composing reports.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and standard business forms.
