You will use web-based tools to resolve questions and provide a seamless customer experience while adhering to regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Active home state Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• College degree is preferred but not required.
