Job summary

AXIS Capital is hiring a Technical Assistant to support underwriting teams with data gathering, document handling, and clerical tasks. You will manage information for insurance applications, process endorsements, and ensure accuracy in PIL and IDT systems while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will engage with clients and brokers, provide technical support, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service. A hybrid work model is offered with 3 days in the Stamford office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize information for insurance applications and risk factors.
• Input and update policy issuance and endorsement data in PIL/IDT systems.
• Communicate with clients/brokers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Support underwriting processes with clerical/administrative tasks and regulatory compliance.
