Responsibilities

• Gather and organize information for insurance applications; maintain a diary system for deadlines.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and related transactions.
• Input account information into PIL and endorsement logs; use underwriting software for data input and reporting.
• Communicate with clients/brokers to provide updates and ensure high-quality service.
