Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive large-scale transformation programs across life, annuity, and group insurance.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll shape delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies while guiding client executives and stakeholders through complex programs and multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wMA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs and align delivery with objectives, architecture, and contracts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders; drive strategic outcomes.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
