Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, managing multidisciplinary teams across vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will translate objectives into practical roadmaps and build trusted client relationships. You will guide product, architecture, data, testing, and operations teams while ensuring governance, risk, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale business and technology transformation programs, major workstreams, functional area, or platform capability.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross‑functional teams in complex delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financial performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, transformation roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third‑party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage program milestones, financials, resource requirements, risks, issues, and inter‑workstream dependencies.
