EY is seeking a Manager to join EY’s Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformation, shaping delivery roadmaps and coordinating multi-vendor teams.

As a people leader, you will build high-performing teams, manage stakeholder relationships at the executive level, and drive measurable business outcomes across platform modernization, policy administration, and customer experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
