Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, guiding multi‑vendor delivery teams and translating client objectives into actionable roadmaps.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage governance, and apply Agile/SAFe practices to deliver measurable business outcomes across platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financials, resources, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Advise senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, transformation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
